The residences at 490 Avenue of the Palms are centered around active lifestyles. Sited directly across from a new waterfront park, residents will have hundreds of miles of hiking trails right outside their doorstep. Onsite amenities include a full indoor-outdoor fitness center, bicycle parking, resident lounge located directly across from the waterfront park, and a series of four cascading roofdecks.

Construction commenced in the Fall of 2022. The design is defined by a façade punctuated with three large portals which bring light and views to the courtyard facing units. Strategically located within the building, each portal is two to three stories in height offering unobstructed views of the San Francisco Bay and city skyline.

Floor-to-ceiling windows are incorporated throughout the residences. The interior finish palette is comprised of warm wood finishes and lightly textured stone.

Weaver completed this work as a Project Director with Mark Cavagnero Associates who is credited as the Architect of Record. Fougeron Architecture and Mark Cavagnero Associates served as the Design Architect.
