Sited on an uphill lot along Blithedale Ave in Mill Valley, CA, Blithedale Terrace will feature a mixture of townhomes and flats as well as a corner commercial space. The 13 townhomes cascade across the north end of the lot. Designed in a traditional Mill Valley vernacular, the homes are clad in cedar siding with pitched roof lines and projecting balconies, offering residents ample opportunity to extend their living space to the outdoors. Ranging in size from 900sf to 1,800sf, each residence is designed with to have a limited environmental impact with energy efficient heating, solar PV and onsite bio-retention planters.

A multifamily building of 12 single story residences anchor the south end of the site along Blithedale Ave. The clean lines of the 2-3 story building are consistent with the adjacent structures on neighboring parcels. Each residence has direct access to a lush courtyard and convenient car and bicycle parking below.
