Located in the heart of the Dogpatch neighborhood of San Francisco, Knox is comprised of 91 condominiums and one retail space. Drawing upon the neighborhood’s rich artisan heritage, the façade is crafted from a palette of wood, board formed concrete and weathered steel.

Gently stepping with the topography, the building echoes the rhythm of the surrounding single family homes with walk-up stoops and expansive bay windows illuminating uninterrupted living spaces. A flourishing courtyard serves as the heart of the project with an outdoor movie wall, firepits and central fountain.

Weaver completed this work as a Senior Project Manager with BDE Architecture who is credited as the Architect of Record.
